Learn about land development regulations and help to shape Fargo’s new LDC!
Throughout the Fargo LDC 2026 process, there will be opportunities for the public to get involved and add their voice to the development of zoning and land use regulations that will influence where and how Fargo grows over the next few decades.
Special opportunities include:
Approximately five Public Workshops will be held throughout this project where attendees can get background on the project, learn about land development regulations, provide feedback on draft concepts, and participate in interactive discussions.
These will also be opportunities to engage directly with City of Fargo staff and project consultants.
The second LDC Workshops will be held on June 17 and 18, 2025. See the Homepage for details on workshop times and locations.
Stay tuned to FargoLDC.org, or sign up for the eNews, to receive updates on future workshop times and locations.
Approximately every two months during this project, a Code Connect event will be held that provides a live, hour-long, online update on the project. Accessible from FargoLDC.org, these free and open events will include an educational presentation of key concepts related to land development and a Q&A period with City of Fargo staff and the project consultants.
Recordings from the first two Code Connect sessions (March and May 2025) are available on the Project Documents page.
